NEW DRIVE-THRU CHECK-IN! Follow steps below to make your arrival quick & efficient.

  • Come to new Drive-Thru Check-In offsite at Owen Pool Lot just before (or past if coming from east) you get to Lake Eden Road. Do NOT come up Lake Eden Rd until you have gone through check-in and received your wristbands and parking passes.
  • Bring your PRINTED email barcode confirmation. This is your ticket.
  • Parking is just $3 per vehicle. Bring correct change (fee n/a to vehicle campers w/ paid permit).
  • ALL YOUTH UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AT CHECK IN & DURING FESTIVAL.
  • NO TENT SITES UP or arrivals before THURSDAY 4:00pm. Do NOT come early. Arrival times correspond to when parking areas open & we do not have a waiting area.
  • Give yourself plenty of extra time in planning your arrival. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.


    • ARRIVAL TIMES:
    Thursday 4:30pm-10pm for weekend plus (NOT before 4:30!)
    Friday 9am-11pm for weekend tix (avoid 2:30-5 for high traffic time at local schools)
    Friday DAY Tickets Checkin opens at 4:30pm (NOT before 4:30!)
    Saturday 9am-9pm
    Sunday 9am-3pm

    LEAF WEEKEND PLUS
    (3.5 days/3 nights-Thurs,Fri, Sat) Enjoy LEAF Thursday 3:30pm-Sunday 7pm. For those who like to arrive early, setup, kick back, & enjoy the place. Tent camping included. Dinner in Eden Hall Thurs($) 6-9pm.

    LEAF WEEKEND TIX
    (3 days/2 nights-Fri & Sat) Enjoy LEAF Friday 9am-Sunday 7pm. For all LEAFers staying overnight in tents, cabins, or with a vehicle (must have a Vehicle Camping Permit). Tent camping is complimentary w/ weekend tix. Arriving late Fri or leaving early Sun? This is the ticket for you.

    LOCAL RESIDENT COMMUNITY PASS
    Special pass for our local community only (w/ valid local id). Enjoy LEAF Friday 4:30pm-2am, Sat 9am-2am, Sun 9am-7pm. Get ticket at Drive-Thru Check-In & then park at Owen Middle School each day. Visiting friends will need day or weekend tickets.

    DAY TICKETS
    Come to LEAF for a day & eve- no overnight. Friday 4:30pm-2am. Saturday 9am-2am. Sunday 9am-7pm. After Drive-Thru Check-In all day visitors park at Owen Middle School & take LaZoom or Trolley to LEAF. Parking is just $3 per vehicle. Shuttle is free.

    ALL ticketholders and non pre-approved volunteers MUST depart the festival grounds by 7PM on Sunday night. There is NO overnight camping on Sunday!

    CREDIT POLICY...NO REFUNDS
    If you're unable to use your ticket, credit towards future LEAF's can be applied IF you notify LEAF in writing by EMAIL/LETTER at least 7 days prior to LEAF you'll miss, -$15 fee per item. NO phone credit request or post-deadline requests accepted.

    Group discounts:
    10% off order if 10+ adults register as a Group w/list of names. Group Name will be 1 Last Name + “Group”.     Payment by Check only.

    Thanks so much to LEAFers for buying their tickets early. LEAF believes in better NOT bigger and attendance #'s are limited due to our rental agreement with Camp Rockmont. We wish we could accomodate more; however, the size is just one aspect that makes LEAF a special event.

    ASSUMPTION OF RISK

    By making this purchase I hereby make application to the Board of Directors of the Lake Eden Arts Festival (LEAF), a non-profit corporation, to participate in the below named activity. I certify that I have read, understand, and accept the following representation, stipulations and waiver:
    ACCORDINGLY, I HEREBY WAIVE, FOR MYSELF, MY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS AND NEXT OF KIN, ALL CLAIMS, WHICH I MIGHT HAVE AGAINST THE LEAF, ANY OTHER PROVIDERS OF FACILITIES AND ANY OF THEM IN COMBINATION, and their officers, directors, agents, employees and contractors, for injury, accident, illness, property damage, death or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of my participation in activities sponsored by LEAF. FURTHERMORE, I agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless LEAF from any and all loss, costs, damages, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of my participation, or the participation of persons who accompany me, in LEAF related activities.

    CAMPERS: PLEASE BE GREEN & RESPECTFUL of PLACE & OTHERS!!
     There are tents only areas, car camping with tents, and RVs. Generators ONLY in Lot F1.
    Please respect grounds: NO OPEN FIRES or dumping coals except in the marked barrels next to dumpsters in camping fields!! SMALL Grills & Firepits MUST be at least 18" OFF THE GRASS/GROUND otherwise you will be fined $200 for grounds repair. When packing remember state law NO alcohol may be brought in-it is sold on site for fair pricing. Please respect & do not make us have to check.

    TENT or TEEPEE CAMPING
    Tent camping space is available on a 1st arrive 1st setup basis with pre-paid weekend ticket. Tenters park at offsite lots with shuttles or it's an easy walk. Pack LIGHT and easy to shuttle to dropoff. Be car-free.

    DANCIN' DAVE'S FESTIVAL CAMPING


    Camp in style & avoid all the work! "Dancin'Dave" is the answer! Arrive at LEAF to an already set up campsite, featuring all high-quality equipment. Tents are carpeted & tall, cots are comfortable, & service with a smile! When LEAF ends- simply jump into car & drive away. www.dancindave.com

    VEHICLE CAMPING PERMIT $40 / RV or trailer Permit $90
    Limited vehicle camping spaces in designated areas. Plan to arrive & STAY until final departure. With permit, you'll have approx. a 20w x 20d space. Refer to website map to locate vehicle camping areas: Eden Car Camping (only place RV's can be/Generators OK 9am-10pm), Meadow Green, Mountain Top, and Barntop 4x4.No hookups. Without permit, no vehicle at your campsite-you'll be car-free. (This includes motorcycles, PopUp Campers etc)

    CABINS
    Along the mountainside are 30 very rustic campy cabins w/ bunkbeds, screen windows, outlets & nearby showerhouses. Bring warm bedding & towel. Pack to unload at nearby parking area, not at cabin. Reserve all cabin lodging via the office info@theLEAF.com or 828/686-8742.

    CABINS AT THE 4-H CAMP
    Rustic camp cabins with bunkbeds off site within 2 miles (10 minute bike ride) off of Lake Eden Road (at the Swannanoa 4-H Center). Dorm style shared cabins: Men only, women only or coed; $10 per night per bed includes "indoor plumbing" and shower.

    ICE will be for sale on site!

    • REMEMBER TO BRING Flashlight, instruments, dancing & hiking shoes, bedding & bath gear, Tennis Racket & Balls (5 hardcourts & backboard), but please leave your valuables at home. Bring warm layers; mountain weather is unpredictable!
    • ATM will be at LEAF! AND, be prepared with cash- we cannot guarantee they'll be available or in service.
    • EATS & DRINKS
      Great EATING, A variety of food vendors and the Eden Hall Café provide a bounty of French crepes, Greek, Cajun, pizza, burritos, burgers, vegetarian, and good ol' Carolinian, plus snacks, beer, wine, gourmet coffees & teas, juices, and more! Yum....  
    • PLEASE NOTE & RESPECT:
      By NC law, NO outside alcohol can be brought into festivals. Beer and wine are sold onsite for fair prices. Public intoxication & drug use is not tolerated. LEAF IS A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE!!
